TYPES OF DATA HOSTING

SITE HOSTING

Our company page is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. APPLICATION HOSTING

Our (web) Application (Viddle) is hosted by Bubble.io. Refer to Bubble.io’s information security features here, including HTTPS encryption, salted and encrypted user passwords, encrypted data at rest, server updates and patching, SSL connection and Cloudflare integration.

GOOGLE MAPS API

The Applications contains a Google Maps API. By using the Site, you consent to be bound by Google’s Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

PERSONAL DATA

While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally data that can be used to contact or identify You.  Personal data is data we hold which identifiable as being about the client.  Personal data may include, but is not limited to:

While using Our Application, in order to realise the full advantages of the core features of Our Application such as case creation and case management, You may wish to, at your own discretion, upload information relating to a investigation, including but not limited to:

 

  • Documents files (pdf).

  • Images.

  • Video files.

 

This information is stored using Amazon Web Services (AWS) Simple Storage Service (S3) - Asia Pacific Region (Sydney, Australia). You can delete this information at any time, through the Application.

Through your continued use of the Application, you expressly consent to have your case information stored in Australia. 

 

You may not use the Application for upload of of ‘warez’, pornography, hatred, scams, hacking, fraudulent or illegal activity, or for any materials which maybe be deemed unacceptable to the general community or otherwise defined as illegal and restricted online content by the Australian eSafety Commissioner.

USE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

  • To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service.

  • To manage Your Account: to manage Your registration as a user of the Service. The Personal Data You provide can give You access to different functionalities of the Service that are available to You as a registered user.

Although we take measures to safeguard against unauthorised disclosures of information, we cannot assure you that personal information that we collect will not be disclosed in a manner that is inconsistent with this Privacy policy.

ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL DATA

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 18 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.

If We need to rely on consent as a legal basis for processing Your information and Your country requires consent from a parent, We may require Your parent's consent before We collect and use that information.
